Whoever is narrating can't seem to read very well. He says "Glassless-free 3D" twice, which doesn't make a lick of sense (double negative). He was totally trying to say "GLASSES-Free" which is also written on the screen while he says it once. I don't mean to get him fired or anything, but that dude needs a lesson in attention to detail. I expect a degree of illiteracy from IGN, but not from you Gamespot.
Looks impressive for browser based. I think has much potential and hope it fairs better than any of the previous attempts at making this a great game. As long as I can bunk with Starbuck and Dee I'm down.
Too late to the party - this might have been popular if they had got their act together and launched it while the show was still on air. But that combined with the dreadful BSG XBLA game I'm not going to anticipate much from this
graphic and environment detail as well as innovative game mechanics to set yourself apart from the competition, all this takes time and money to bring to fruition, you just cant do that on a small time/$ budget, and discount engine... who cares if its easier to deliver content via web-based games, if what your delivering is shoddy.
Web based mmo's dont suck, they are highly accessible. There are pros and cons involved that do matter. Web based online games are doing very well right now, in case you forgot.
